I have just had tummy tuck and breast aug last week. I wasnt told to wear any sort of support garments after. I was just told I could wear a sports bra for a few weeks and if I wanted to I could buy a support belt!! I ended up having a triple hernia repair at the same time which I didnt even know I had, but am healing well, and was up and about the next day after the op. I had the clips out on the 5th day but still have the drains in!
How long before we can wear a normal bra?

I think 6 weeks is normal before you can stop wearing sports bra, unless you have had an uplift, in which case it's 8 weeks.
