Has anyone used the Harley Medical Group or The Hopsital Group, they are the two places I am interested in for when I have My Breast Enlargement, I have really struggled to find people who can give me advice. I'm really interested in whether to go for over or under the muscle? If anyone can give me advice I would really appreciate it!

I might look into having a consultation at Harley medical because they have just opened a new clinic in Essex, so would be much easier.
Re under of over the muscle, I think it depends on which surgeon you use and your body. I have heard that under muscle can be painful but that it just the opinion of one of my friends, not gospel!!
If you need a lift then over the muscle is supposed to be better and less recovery time too.

I used Harley a few moths ago. They were excellent. My surgeon was Alan Rezaid and he was very proffesional, as were the nurses too. They are a big name in cosmetic surgery so that put my mind at ease. I would recommend them.

I have just used the Harley Medical Group in Birmingham and had the operation in London last week (18th March). All the staff have been fantastic and I can definately recommend them. My Surgeon was Dr Malik.
I had the under the muscle surgery which I must be honest am finding very painful. I'm on 2 weeks off work which if you have it done this way you will most certainly need. I was a size UK 6/8 32A and went to a hopeful 32C (this is the target once the swelling has gone down). It is hoped this method will look more natural, especially as I had very little breast tissue to work with to start with.

If you do your research and follow the surgeon's advice I am sure everything will go really well.
