My dentist has said that I must have implants or a denture or my other teeth below will grow more?! Not sure if this will happen or not but I am interested in the implants. Dentures look really uncomfortable, kinda like wearing a brace thing. The only thing is I think the implants are about 1500 each :shock: I'm not sure if getting them done abroad may be cheaper as it is a lot of money to 'find' just for teeth! I do cope ok with my teeth at the moment and have not noticed my other teeth 'growing'. I'm about to have a previously crowned tooth extracted to due an infection which refuses to clear up after root canal treatment has failed to cure the problem. I'm not too sure about how I will feel about having a 'fake' tooth. I have been so worried about this, oh and then there is the cost of the treatment. Does the cost vary between dentists?
